The Dietary Aide role is onsite in Porterville, CA. Pay is $18.90–$23 per hour. The role supports meal preparation, service, and cleanup for residents at River Walk Care Center. The role exists to help provide meals on schedule and maintain an attractive, sanitary dining and kitchen environment. It contributes by assisting with food preparation and service, following meal and nutrition guidelines, and cleaning equipment and work areas.

What you'll do

• Assist with food ordering, storage, and preparation
• assist cooks
• prepare and label nourishments
• portion desserts, salads, and other non-entree foods and pour beverages
• prepare produce and measure or weigh food for menu and nutrition accuracy
• clean equipment and work areas
• wash dishes and support tray-line service.
