What you'll do

• Oversee daily clinical operations of the assigned nursing unit
• supervise, mentor, and support nursing staff
• monitor resident conditions and follow-up
• collaborate on individualized care plans
• ensure compliance with policies and nursing standards
• assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges
• review physician orders, medication records, and documentation
• address concerns
• participate in quality assurance, infection prevention, regulatory surveys, and the on-call rotation.
