AEC Operations Manager — Project Delivery and Agreements

The manager supports architects, designers, and project managers with project delivery and helps align daily operations with firm goals. The role oversees project management practices, scheduling, agreements, insurance coordination, and related operational processes.

What you'll do

• Support project management practices and procedures
• coordinate scheduling and allocation of design projects
• manage proposal and agreement practices, including RFQ/RFP review and agreement authorship
• review and advise on confidentiality, non-disclosure, non-compete, supplier, vendor, and landlord agreements
• manage property, casualty, and professional liability insurance processes
• coordinate with brokers and carriers
• manage firm registrations and continuing education processes
• support strategic initiatives.
