Direct Support Worker, High Behavioral Support Residential Programs

What you'll do

• Provide respectful, person-centered, trauma-informed support
• protect individuals’ rights, dignity, privacy, and safety
• implement individualized behavior plans and routines
• respond to escalations using approved de-escalation techniques
• support daily living, personal care, community participation, and household routines
• assist with medication and health-related needs as assigned and trained
• complete program documentation
• communicate with the support team
• maintain a safe and structured home environment.
