What you'll do

• Oversee work orders from assignment through completion
• inspect repairs and make-ready work
• conduct pre-move-in walkthroughs
• manage maintenance and improvement projects
• prepare scopes of work and seek vendor bids
• coordinate vendors, materials, schedules, and staff
• monitor project costs and quality
• assign and coordinate daily maintenance work
• communicate with property managers.
