Senior Product Manager | Integrations

The Senior Product Manager | Integrations role is based in Vestwell’s New York City office and follows a hybrid in-office model. The expected base salary is $150,000–$165,000 per year; the role is also eligible for the Company Bonus Pool and new-hire equity. Vestwell’s platform supports savings across retirement, education, and healthcare needs. The role owns the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of integrations that connect Vestwell with third-party systems. By working with engineering, product, external partners, and other stakeholders on scalable APIs and data workflows, the product manager helps improve reliability, data quality, and partner and client experience.

What you'll do

• Own the payroll integrations roadmap from concept through delivery and ongoing optimization
• define requirements and prioritize integration initiatives with internal and external stakeholders
• facilitate new partner integration projects
• define and evolve internal and external APIs for data exchange
• partner with Engineering and QA to ensure integrations are documented, tested, and scalable
• analyze usage and performance data to improve efficiency, reliability, and partner experience.
