Marketing Director

Elk Horn Painting’s marketing engine is intended to scale across National Painting Group’s portfolio of more than 50 companies. The director builds and operates the marketing engine, then systematizes it for broader use across the portfolio. The role combines hands-on campaign execution, local lead generation, customer retention, brand consistency, and commercial marketing to support measurable growth.

What you'll do

• Run Meta and Google paid advertising and improve cost per lead and lead quality
• own local SEO, Google Maps, and Google Business Profile
• build email, SMS, repeat, and referral customer journeys
• maintain brand consistency across channels
• help develop B2B lead generation with the commercial team
• build and prove marketing systems that can scale across the portfolio.
