The Enologist role is onsite in Los Gatos, CA. Pay is $30–$34 per hour. The position is part of Testarossa Winery’s winemaking team, producing Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. The Enologist supports wine production from harvest through bottling, combining cellar operations, laboratory quality checks, and bottling work. The role also supports warehouse operations and helps the team meet production and quality goals.

What you'll do

• Support cellar operations including transfers, racking, pump-overs, filtration, additions, topping, barrel work, sanitation, and wine movements
• participate in harvest and crush operations
• perform laboratory analysis and quality checks
• maintain production and traceability records
• prepare wines for bottling
• assist with bottling-line operation and documentation
• operate material-handling equipment
• maintain clean and safe work areas.

Why this role

Requires a relevant degree, 3+ years of winemaking experience, and bottling preparation and line experience. Forklift and respirator certifications are required upon hire. Flexible hours, including weekends and extended shifts, may be needed during harvest and bottling.
