Airport Lounge Attendant

The Airport Lounge Attendant role is onsite in Charlotte, NC, at The Club in Charlotte Douglas International Airport. Pay is $19.00 per hour. Hyde Park Hospitality partners with Airport Dimensions and Sodexo to operate the lounge and provide food service and customer care. The attendant helps keep the lounge welcoming and supplied while serving passengers. By maintaining food and beverage areas, completing inventory paperwork, and responding courteously to guests, the role supports a clean, orderly lounge experience.

What you'll do

• Maintain kitchen and passenger seating areas
• pick up trash and wash dishes
• restock and arrange buffet, food, and beverage offerings
• complete daily inventory and order paperwork
• provide courteous customer service
• maintain required airport badges and permits as applicable
• follow health department and agency regulations
• perform Customer Service Assistant duties if needed.
