General Manager in Training

What you'll do

• Rotate through bowling, arcade, food and beverage, bar, and events operations
• work with the General Manager and department leaders
• take ownership of shifts and flex labor across departments
• engage guests and support events, marketing, and promotional programs
• participate in hiring, training, coaching, and performance conversations
• develop financial knowledge in labor management, COGS, inventory, and cost control.
