Description

Plan and implement rehabilitation program services for clients who have co-occurring mental illness and substance abuse disorders. Acts as a facilitator and resource person to other staff, in areas of consultation to families and family education, illness management and crisis intervention. Performs other rehabilitation/supervisory duties as assigned by Program Manager. SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES.
