Customer Service and Warehouse Associate II

The Customer Service and Warehouse Associate II role is onsite in Livermore, CA, with base pay of $19.23–$24.04 per hour. It supports customers from product selection and ordering through fulfillment and returns.

What you'll do

• Assist walk-in customers with product selection, samples, inquiries, orders, sales transactions, and payments
• resolve returns and order errors
• process receipts, deposits, reports, and vendor orders
• pull, assemble, check, and replenish orders
• receive and stock shipments
• conduct inventory checks and cycle counts
• operate crane/forklift equipment
• maintain clean, organized, and safe facilities.
