- Perform resident skin assessments, obtain treatment orders, administer ordered treatments, and document care. Educate patients, families, and staff on pressure-ulcer prevention, dressing selection, and adjunctive therapy. Collaborate with clinical staff, physicians, and the treatment team

Why this role
Requires graduation from an accredited professional nursing school, an active Texas RN or LVN license, and at least one year of comprehensive wound management experience. Current BLS and CPR certifications must be maintained; wound care nursing and wound debridement certifications are preferred.
