The Seasonal Holiday Retail Assistant Manager — Towson Town Center works onsite in Towson, MD. Compensation is $16–$17 per hour. Cherry Hill Programs partners with retail locations and destinations to create holiday and souvenir experiences for children and families. The assistant manager supports the Local Manager in leading seasonal photo operations, developing the team, and delivering guest service. The role helps prepare and operate the holiday location, resolve service issues, and keep staffing, inventory, scheduling, and training activities organized.

What you'll do

• Support opening-day preparations, including hiring completion, inventory, equipment setup and testing, scheduling, training, and opening and closing procedures
• capture photos and help guests choose souvenirs
• resolve customer concerns
• lead by example and reinforce procedures
• troubleshoot technical issues and escalate as needed
• assist with inventory, scheduling, training, recruiting, and administrative tasks.
