What you'll do

• Oversee day-to-day field operations for hotel and hospitality renovation projects
• coordinate subcontractors, schedules, and site logistics to minimize disruption
• manage scheduling, sequencing, and phasing to meet plans, specifications, codes, and brand standards
• conduct site walks, quality inspections, and safety enforcement
• communicate with project managers, owners, and hotel operations staff
• maintain daily logs, punch lists, and closeout documentation.
