Warehouse Floater / Production Worker is an onsite, full-time role in Waco, TX. Compensation is $18 per hour. Crouch Staffing Solutions is recruiting for a local manufacturing company in the Waco area. The role exists to provide flexible coverage across production departments and help maintain product flow as staffing and production needs change. It supports plant operations through material handling, machine support, quality checks, housekeeping, and other assigned tasks.

What you'll do

• Train and work in various production departments
• assist with general production, material handling, machine support, loading and unloading, sanding, quality checks, and housekeeping
• identify areas falling behind and assist as directed
• cover open positions due to call-ins, PTO, or production needs
• assist with onboarding or training new employees as needed
• inspect finished products
• maintain a clean, safe work area and follow safety and quality procedures.

Why this role

Four 12-hour shifts per week, 4:00 AM–4:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with one scheduled weekday off that remains the same each week. Prior production, manufacturing, or warehouse experience is preferred; flexibility across departments is required.
