What you'll do

• Defend corporate employers against discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and FLSA wage claims
• litigate restrictive covenants, non-compete agreements, trade secret misappropriation, and confidentiality breaches
• represent commercial clients before the EEOC, Department of Labor, and OSHA
• draft pleadings, dispositive motions, and summary judgment briefs
• oversee e-discovery workflows
• take and defend depositions
• present oral arguments in state and federal court and arbitration
• advise executives and HR stakeholders on litigation exposure, risk mitigation, and dispute resolution.
