What you'll do

• Lead, coach, and support accounting professionals
• oversee daily accounting operations and financial statements
• manage monthly and annual closes, reconciliations, journal entries, and account analysis
• prepare performance reports, dashboards, metrics, and variance analyses
• assist with budgeting and forecasting
• maintain internal controls, policies, and procedures
• oversee trust accounting and bank reconciliations
• prepare supporting schedules
• coordinate audits, tax engagements, filings, and reporting
• improve processes and workflows
• partner with leadership and cross-functional teams.
