What you'll do

• Research and respond to operational client complaints

• collaborate with field, operations, and management partners to escalate and resolve issues
• build working relationships with Client Relations Editors and learn departmental processes and style guidelines
• cover client-facing telephone lines at least one day per week
• may support settlement processing, privacy opt-out processing, and special projects.
