What you'll do

• Oversee project management, field installation, and coordination with fabrication teams
• drive profitability, revenue, backlog management, and efficiency
• establish project meetings, reporting, and accountability
• monitor job costs, change orders, workforce capacity, and project performance
• improve systems and communication
• mentor department managers
• support estimating strategy and resource planning
• maintain safety, workmanship, and customer-satisfaction standards
• oversee Dallas operations with periodic Austin visits.
