What you'll do

• Audit CRM and integrated revenue systems for inconsistencies, outdated policies, duplicate records, and automation issues
• analyze policy conflicts and determine business rules
• review and reconcile data across CRM and connected platforms
• create operational prompts and documentation for complex SaaS scenarios
• document recommended system changes and operational decisions
• assess CRM changes' impact on billing, CPQ, ticketing, and other integrated tools
• provide insights on CRM optimization, system design, and governance.
