What you'll do

• Lead divorce, custody, support, and post-judgment matters
• handle contested and high-asset family law cases
• represent clients in hearings, mediations, settlement negotiations, and trials
• develop and execute litigation strategies
• manage cases from intake through resolution
• draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and settlement agreements
• conduct legal research
• advise clients on strategy, risk, and case progression.
