What you'll do

• Install hardwood, engineered, and specialty wood flooring in residential and commercial settings
• sand and refinish existing wood floors
• measure, cut, and fit flooring materials
• prepare subfloors by cleaning and leveling and checking moisture conditions
• apply stains, sealers, and finish coats
• operate and maintain sanders, nailers, and saws
• communicate professionally with customers and team members on job sites
• travel to job sites in the greater South Shore and Cape area.
