What you'll do

• Drive sales growth and coach crew members
• oversee omnichannel orders for pickup and delivery
• manage orders in Sales Force
• pick, pack, and ship orders to service-level agreements
• coordinate transfers and stock accuracy
• monitor past-due orders
• resolve customer issues
• support deliveries and document them using company systems
• oversee vehicle cleanliness and upkeep
• assist customers with product selection
• coordinate inventory with the Store Manager
• train staff to support PRO customers.
