What you'll do

• Responsible for the coordination of care, patient assessment, patient education, triage, and various other nursing interventions.
• Collaborates with other inter-professional colleagues, including physicians, to plan, implement and evaluate care.

What we're looking for

Education

Graduate from an accredited nursing program preferred.

Experience

Graduate from an accredited nursing program preferred. Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred.
