The part-time Shift Lead (Key Holder) role is onsite in Santa Clara, CA. Compensation is $20 per hour. The role is part of Läderach’s Retail business unit, which operates chocolateries and offers its chocolate specialties to customers. The Shift Lead helps deliver a strong in-store customer and team experience while supporting daily store operations. The role leads shift tasks, helps train associates, supports product presentation and food safety, and contributes to sales and store compliance goals.

What you'll do

• Deliver customer service and support a positive team environment
• help train Store Associates and support production goals, including product-finishing projects
• lead in-store tasks and uphold brand standards
• support sales-floor flow and accurate merchandising
• help follow food safety protocols
• contribute to sales objectives, compliance, and loss prevention
• participate in team meetings and other role-related duties assigned by the Store Manager.
