What you'll do

• Prepare menu items according to recipes and dietary guidelines
• ensure food quality, presentation, and portioning
• assist with inventory
• monitor food temperatures
• label and store food
• follow sanitation and infection-control procedures
• clean and organize the kitchen
• assist with meal service
• record meal totals and process charges as needed
• and support special meals and events.
