The Apartment Maintenance Technician — Canterbury Park role is onsite in St. Peters, MO, with compensation of $22–$29 per hour. The technician maintains apartments and property grounds so homes are ready for residents and work orders are completed. The role handles repairs and preventive maintenance, supports unit turns, and responds to resident needs, including after-hours on-call availability.

What you'll do

• Troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, and HVAC issues
• perform general repairs
• maintain curb appeal
• complete resident work orders
• prepare units for move-in, including painting, carpet cleaning, and cleaning
• conduct quarterly preventive maintenance checks
• assist neighboring properties
• pick up supplies from area vendors
• report to the Regional Manager and Maintenance Superintendent
• attend required training and conferences.
