Customer Service Manager — Logan Square

The Customer Service Manager is an onsite role in Chicago, IL. Pay is $19.00–$24.00 per hour. The manager supports store operations by working with the General Manager and Assistant Store Manager to strengthen customer experience, team performance, and store goals. The role leads and coaches associates, supports sales and merchandising, and helps maintain company standards for customer service, safety, security, and store presentation. It also assists with hiring, scheduling, inventory, and performance improvement.

What you'll do

• Create a welcoming customer environment and respond to customer needs
• observe and coach staff interactions
• demonstrate customer service and sales practices
• conduct orientations and train associates
• use company tools to identify opportunities and develop action plans
• communicate business and staff trends to store managers
• provide staff direction and feedback
• assist with recruiting and hiring
• maintain store and associate appearance standards
• help plan schedules
• coordinate merchandising and promotions
• assist with inventory
• perform store associate duties as needed.
