Maintenance & Reliability Supervisor – Manufacturing

The Maintenance & Reliability Supervisor – Manufacturing role is onsite in Salem, VA, on the second shift, Monday–Friday, 4:00 PM–2:30 AM, with overtime as needed. Compensation is $90,000–$100,000 per year, plus eligibility for an annual incentive bonus or commission target. KIK Consumer Products manufactures cleaning and pool-care products for homes across North America and beyond. The supervisor leads maintenance operations across assembly and packaging lines, directing repairs and replacements to keep production on plan. By emphasizing proactive maintenance, safe work, workforce development, and equipment reliability, the role supports production quality and continuity.

What you'll do

• Direct the maintenance workforce and address performance issues
• ensure safe and compliant work
• coordinate maintenance schedules with production planning
• support operator care
• verify craftsmen are trained and qualified
• improve preventive and predictive maintenance
• manage CMMS, backlog, and PM compliance
• purchase supplies and parts and oversee contractors
• plan major overhauls and outages
• manage the maintenance budget.
