It also provides patient-facing assistance and clinical support, including required phlebotomy, so injectors can focus on patient care.
What you'll do
- Manage patient flow and appointment timing
- prepare and turn over treatment rooms
- assist injectors with treatment flow, supplies, photo capture, and patient positioning
- prepare forms and face sheets
- support charting
- greet and escort patients
- prepare patients and review pre-care steps
- assist with post-care education and checkout
- perform venipuncture and draw and prepare blood for PRP/PRF
- maintain sterile technique and follow safety protocols.
