The HVAC Ductwork Lead Installer works onsite in West Palm Beach, FL. Pay is $25.00–$30.00 per hour. The role leads field crews performing HVAC duct installation and service work for Spectrum AC. The lead installer works alongside the crew to complete projects safely, efficiently, and according to plans and schedules. Crew training, quality checks, and coordination with other trades help deliver reliable ductwork installations.

What you'll do

• Lead and train duct crews while performing HVAC duct installations
• read blueprints and plan layouts
• fabricate and install sheet metal and flex duct
• complete sealing and insulation
• troubleshoot airflow issues
• verify completed work quality
• maintain jobsite safety
• document project progress
• communicate with supervisors and coordinate work with other trades.

Why this role

Requires 5+ years of HVAC ductwork experience, blueprint and mechanical-plan reading skills, sheet metal and flex duct experience, and knowledge of SMACNA standards and applicable codes. Previous crew leadership is preferred; EPA certification is a plus.
