What you'll do

• Manage and improve IT service management processes covering incident, problem, change, request, and customer support
• analyze workflows and identify inefficiencies and automation opportunities
• analyze customer feedback, service data, ticket trends, and performance metrics
• document customer needs and recommendations
• coordinate with technical teams, service desk personnel, stakeholders, and end users
• maintain process documentation, procedures, workflows, knowledge articles, and customer communications
• coordinate outreach, demonstrations, workshops, training, and adoption
• report improvement actions and performance to leadership.
