Box Truck Helper

Job overview

The Box Truck Helper role is onsite in Fredericksburg, VA; compensation is $16 per hour. This temporary, as-needed position is placed by Automation Personnel Services for a local company. The helper supports deliveries by loading and unloading doors and windows, using handling equipment safely, and helping maintain a safe work environment. The schedule is Monday through Friday as needed, starting at 4:45 a.m. and continuing until return to the job site.

What you'll do

• Load and unload doors and windows
• use dollies, hand trucks, and hand tools
• secure items and follow safety protocols
• help maintain a safe work environment
• lift heavy objects of 75 pounds or more using a two-person lift.
