Engineering Manager

The Engineering Manager is an onsite, full-time position in New Prague, MN, offering a salary range of $115,000–$125,000 plus a 10% bonus. This role supports an industrial agricultural equipment manufacturing client by leading the engineering team and optimizing project workflows. The overarching purpose of this role is to provide leadership, project management, and process improvement for the engineering department. The manager oversees a team of drafters and coordinates across Sales, Engineering, and Production to ensure projects are delivered efficiently from concept through to production, while also serving as a customer-facing resource.
