• Use the nursing process to assess, plan, diagnose, implement, and evaluate care
• monitor patient conditions and adjust care plans

• maintain accurate and timely EHR documentation
• delegate appropriately
• float to other units or facilities in the designated service area as needed. Medication administration and treatments may be part of the role according to clinical protocols.
