Description

Maintain Kitchen and restaurant equipment and utensils in a clean and orderly condition. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS. Scrape and spray food from dirty dishes, and place them in racks (do not overload) push into dishwashing machine. Spray out soup bowls and rack.
