Site Supervisor and Operations

Job overview

The Site Supervisor and Operations role is onsite in Fargo, ND, with evening and weekend availability required. Compensation starts at $15 per hour. The position supports Tri-City United Soccer Club operations for indoor events, outdoor sites, soccer events, and other programming. The supervisor prepares and secures event facilities, coordinates volunteers and referees, and monitors activity to support safe, smooth events. The role also assists attendees and provides front-desk office support as needed.

What you'll do

• Set up and close down event sites or facilities
• direct volunteers to assigned locations and duties
• ensure referees arrive on time
• monitor facilities, workers, guests, and volunteers during events
• answer questions and assist attendees
• clean and secure the site after events
• provide front-desk office assistance.
