Automotive Service Technician

Job overview

The Automotive Service Technician works onsite in Lancaster, CA. Compensation is $33–$44 per hour. Trust Lancaster Honda’s service department supports vehicle safety, efficient operation, and customer service. The technician diagnoses, repairs, and maintains vehicles to manufacturer standards, documenting findings and coordinating with service advisors so customers can understand recommended work and repairs.

What you'll do

• Perform repair-order work according to dealership and certification policies
• diagnose and repair vehicle systems
• conduct inspections and test drives
• review maintenance records
• identify safety, repair, and maintenance needs
• prepare estimates using multi-point inspection systems
• document problems, causes, repairs, and recommendations
• perform warranty repairs to manufacturer specifications
• maintain current manufacturer training credentials
• communicate additional work needs to service advisors.

Why this role
