What you'll do

• Provide bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and other daily-living assistance
• support mobility, transfers, positioning, meals, hydration, and prescribed exercise
• assist with self-administered medications as directed
• perform light housekeeping
• document care and observations
• report changes to the clinical team
• provide Reiki or touch therapy only when indicated in the care plan and appropriately certified and trained.
