What you'll do

• Identify opportunities in multi-dwelling units, residential developments, and commercial properties
• negotiate access agreements, licenses, easements, and related contracts
• serve as the primary contact for property access initiatives
• coordinate expansion projects with internal teams
• track agreements, milestones, and renewals
• research market trends and access requirements
• build stakeholder relationships.
