What you'll do

• Develop, implement, evaluate, and revise individualized treatment plans
• collect and document health information and diagnostic results
• provide direct and indirect nursing care in routine and emergency situations
• administer ordered medications and treatments and document outcomes
• monitor medication compliance and controlled substances
• provide patient education
• delegate care appropriately
• participate in quality improvement
• comply with facility policies, laws, and security requirements
• coordinate care with security staff.
