What you'll do

• Perform scheduled inspections and repairs on machinery and property
• maintain grounds, parking areas, and driveways
• repair facility systems including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and mechanical components
• determine work needed on buildings, equipment, and HVAC systems
• perform unscheduled maintenance as directed
• follow safety procedures
• maintain facility standards and replenish supplies
• complete documentation in accordance with ISO 9001.
