What you'll do

• Oversee daily home operations and documentation across shifts
• plan and direct house operations
• supervise staff and implementation of individual programs
• monitor goals and staff functions
• ensure compliance with regulations
• maintain incident reports
• address disputes and disciplinary procedures
• support community activities and appointments
• work as a Direct Support Professional as needed
• train new staff
• ensure prescribed diets and supplies are maintained
• conduct fire drills and safety training
• monitor schedules, budgets, expenses, payroll, and medication administration records.
