What you'll do

• Coordinate and schedule flaggers and guardians for daily assignments
• maintain assignment and work-hour records
• report on staff performance and availability
• serve as a contact between field staff, supervisors, and operations
• communicate instructions, project status, safety protocols, and schedule changes
• provide after-hours operational support and respond to work-related inquiries within stated timeframes
• follow through on urgent staffing and scheduling matters.
