What you'll do

• Perform daily inspections, preventive maintenance, repairs, modifications, and overhauls on commuter railcars
• conduct Federal Railroad Administration inspections
• diagnose failed components and remove, repair, or replace parts
• use tools and equipment safely
• complete job orders and follow railroad safety requirements.
