What you'll do

• Arrive on time to open the club and communicate opening insights to management
• greet members, guests, and staff
• answer and transfer calls and take messages
• scan member key cards and verify access
• direct guests to the Membership team or management for tours and presentations
• assist with member billing updates and authorized point-of-sale sales
• share club events and promotions
• distribute towels and other front-desk items
• resolve member concerns
• and keep the front desk organized.
