What you'll do

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs involving HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, appliances, carpentry, drywall, painting, flooring, doors, locks, and fixtures
• maintain buildings, grounds, and vacant units
• care for and inventory property supplies and equipment
• report unusual circumstances
• clean work areas and tools
• follow OSHA standards and company policies
• be available for required on-call work and snow removal.
