What you'll do

• Lead driver, fulfillment, and cross-dock operations
• manage hiring, onboarding, coaching, performance, and staffing
• review metrics and improve service levels and delivery performance
• oversee vehicle maintenance and cross-dock processes
• develop procedures and training
• coordinate with cross-functional teams
• support new market launches
• maintain regulatory compliance and airport badging
• and step into routes or fulfillment work when needed.
