What you'll do

• Develop facilities maintenance strategy
• implement preventive maintenance, repairs, and upgrades
• schedule work to minimize disruption to instruction and events
• prioritize work orders and conduct inspections
• liaise with school and campus teams
• manage facilities managers and external vendors
• develop and manage the maintenance budget
• report on maintenance activity and budget status
• support the Capital Improvement Plan
• respond to after-hours and weekend emergency calls as needed.
